I have been living in Ankara, Turkey since 1970 when I graduated from the Istanbul medical school.
I was married in 1979. My husband is a writer and journalist. My son is a computer engineer. He lives in Istanbul, the most crowded city of Turkey.

I have worked as an internist and public health specialist all these years. I was occasionally on international missions for the WHO. I have been an activist of the Turkish Medical Association all through my professional life, struggling against the ill health policies of the governments for equal health services for everyone.

Dear friends, so much has happened in 45 years. It is really exciting and rather unbelievable for me to see your names, even if on only electronic pages.

I'm very glad for this web site and hope to hear more from you.
